Front bookcover. I will be redoing this to put my name on it......

Back bookcover in process.

Santa wears his glasses almost everywhere he goes. He puts them on each morning at the same time as his clothes.

We all know that Santa wears his glasses every day. They help him to see better and go on his merry way.

Santa first wore glasses when he was just a boy.To see everything so clear and bright, it was his greatest joy.

Some kids don't like to wear them, especially in school. But Santa Claus was different and he thought they made him cool.

Some of the elves wear glasses and some of them do not. But they all make sure they see well cause it really means a lot.

Because they need to read each name off Santa's Christmas list. It just would not be right if even one small name was missed..

None of the reindeer needed glasses to see near or far. But Rudolph liked to wear his while he's riding in the car.

Mrs. Claus just knew that it was time for him to go, When she saw him park the sleigh wrong, upside down and in the snow.

Santa knew each elf by name and every reindeer too, So she knew there was a problem when he thought that Ben was Sue.

And one time making candy canes to hang upon the tree, Santa made a big mistake and hung one on Willie.

So Santa knew that it was time for him to check his eyes. He went to the eye doctor, to see what he did advise.

The Doctor peeked in Santa's eyes using a special light. He had to check his eyes to see if everythings alright.

The next thing it was time to do he really thought was fun. Look at the letters on the wall and read them one by one.

Some of the letters are real big and some of them are small. And if your eyesight's very good you can read them all.

Santa read the big ones, they were easiest to see. But had trouble with the small ones, he thought they were too tiny.

Santa knew when he was done with taking his eye test, It was time to buy the frames in which he looked the best.

When they got into the glasses store old Santa scratched his head. Let's go and ask that salesman there, I think his name is Fred.

There are many you can choose from said the salesman with a smile. sit down and take it easy, this may take you quite a while.

There are big ones and small ones and some are in between. We may have more styles here than you have ever seen.

Santa tried them all on from the silly to the smart. Sometimes it got confusing to tell all of them apart.

It took some time but then he found the ones that he liked best. He said that when he wore them they were better than the rest.

I knew that you would choose those said old Mrs. Claus, his wife. They're the same kind you've been wearing for almost all your life.

Because it is important have your eyes checked every year. To make sure they are healthy and to help you see real clear.
